This might be good for a young adult or college student scrapbook. Fabric is a big concern for preserving your scrapbooks, but unfortunately it is often overlooked.

Then, dip the painted tissue paper in a mixture of Scrappy Glue and water and place it on white cardstock. This will closely approximate the appearance of homemade paper.

To make your own quills, you roll strips of paper (from 1/8" to 1" wide, with 1/8" being standard) around a toothpick to make the paper into a spiral. These pencils are easy to draw with and can be used to color in portions of lettering, in borders, or to create accents.

Put little dots of the silicon on the wax paper, and let them dry (preferable in a dust-free place). Unfortunately, regular markers tend to smudge and bleed through scrapbook pages.

You paste pictures, embellishments but also write the who, what, where and how of the photo. Any fabric, ribbon, or bits of leftovers from other projects can be used to embellish your scrapbook.

This takes a bit of time and effort, but it looks great. Just remember that markers are permanent.
